Roadmap Monster is a cloud-based project management and planning tool that allows users to:
- Create and manage project roadmaps
- Track tasks, milestones, and dependencies
- Visualize project timelines with Gantt charts
- Generate project plans using AI assistance
- Collaborate on project planning
3. User Accounts
Account Creation:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must verify your email address to activate your account
Account Security:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Do not share your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights

The Service, including its code, design, logo, and original content, is owned by Roadmap Monster and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not:

- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Service
- Create derivative works based on the Service
7. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services (Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Gemini AI). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Freedom from viruses or harmful components
- Correction of all defects
- Availability at all times
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
9. Pricing and Payment
Current Pricing: The Service is currently free to use.
Future Changes: We reserve the right to:
- Introduce paid features or subscriptions
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
- Grandfather existing users under certain conditions

10. Data Backup and Export
Your Responsibility:

- We provide export functionality for your convenience
- We are not liable for data loss
Our Backups: We maintain backups for disaster recovery, but we do not guarantee data restoration.

- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse the Service or other users
Effect of Termination: Upon termination:

- Your data may be deleted (we will provide a grace period for export)
